1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?

We ship from our warehouse in the United States to all 50 states.

  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Shipping (7–14 business days) on qualifying orders. The shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most customers receive their orders within 7–14 business days with standard or free shipping. Choose Express Shipping if you need it faster.

4. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Gloves must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached, and in new condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed after inspection.

Yes. Many of our gloves feature touchscreen-friendly fingertips, allowing you to use phones and tablets without removing them.

7. Are the gloves warm enough for winter?

Yes. Our winter gloves are lined with soft fleece, sherpa, or Thinsulate to provide excellent warmth even in cold conditions.

8. How do I choose the right size?

Each product includes a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring your hand (palm width and length) and comparing with our guide. If you are between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for comfort.

9. Are the gloves suitable for both men and women?

Yes. We offer unisex designs as well as styles specifically tailored for men and women.

10. How do I care for my gloves?

Care instructions vary by material:

  • Leather gloves: Wipe clean with a damp cloth and use leather conditioner occasionally.
  • Knitted gloves: Machine wash cold on gentle cycle and air dry. Detailed care instructions are provided on each product page.

11. Do you offer work gloves or outdoor gloves?

Yes. We carry durable work gloves and outdoor gloves designed for grip, protection, and performance in tough conditions.

12. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

13. How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order in your account under “Order History”.

14. What if my gloves arrive damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund.

15. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
